Our experience with Hugo’s has been extremely positive. Our journey began three years ago when I was getting initial quotes on projects around the house to see when I could fit them into our budget. At that time, we met Jason, and we could tell instantly he was different than the other companies we had come out.  He seemed to actually care about our house as if it was his own, and rather than simply quote on what I was asking for, he was providing suggestions on windows that would either look or function better. I still remember when he left, my wife and I immediately said to each other, he is getting the business, it was a no brainer.

Unfortunately, roof’s and furnaces got in the way, and the window project got pushed a couple of years out. Jason was my first call to see how valid the quote still was, and to set up a quick follow up visit to finalize some things and then we were in business, and the project was scheduled.

 While we knew what to expect from Jason, his team (Colin and Matt) did not disappoint either. They were extremely friendly, and professional, often joking around with my wife and I. It was almost bittersweet to have the window project completed. It was great to see the finished project, but a little disappointing to see them go.

 For prospective customers visiting this site, and reading this, please take my word that this will be one of the better decisions you make when it comes to home renovations. It is a pleasure to have Jason and his team in the house, and he will most certainly be my first call for any future window projects, and additionally, he will have the chance to complete any other renovation project that we have if it falls in to an area he feels his team can accommodate – Yes, he is more than just windows!!!! eg: nail wholes filled and invisible in the indoor window frames, mini blinds and drapery hardware back in place, the sunroom shutters now fitting better than when first installed, very little outdoor clean up.

 I want you to know I am really enjoying the awning kitchen window you installed over my kitchen sink.  I can't get over the difference in not having to move 2 or 3 sliders to open the window.  And, no division in the vision point!  That's a real bonus.  I wish I had made this investment long before now.  Thank you for recommending the awning style window. The quality of the installation is outstanding and I am certain that over time the quality of the products will be excellent as well.

I believe that you under promise and over deliver.  You might want to have some sheets printed up to go out with your quotations that tell potential clients that your service includes removing and rehanging window coverings, will install customer supplied door chime buttons and other little things that you do to complete your jobs.

We have been using Hugo Window's to replace window's in our house for over 10 years. We have found their product to be of excellent quality. We have been very pleased with the reliable, timely service we have received. Any time we have had a question we have been very happy with the customer service we have been given.

We highly recommend Hugo’s Windows and Doors to our family, friends, and neighbours. The team from Hugo’s; Hugo, Jason, John, and Mitch guided us through the window replacement process. Hugo took the time to educate us on window selection, design, quality, insulating factors, and installation.

Jason kept us informed at each stage of the install and in particular as he and Mitch resolved, to our complete satisfaction, an issue with birds attempting to nest in the front soffit of our home. We have received numerous compliments on the finished product from passers by, family, friends and neighbours. These comments are a direct result of Jason’s attention to detail at each step in the project.

On the initial contract with Hugo’s we replaced all of the upper windows, insulated and sided the front of the house, capped the garage/front doors/alcove, and replaced the front soffit and facia. On the second contract Jason and John replaced our living room window. Next year we plan to have the remaining 3 windows and a patio door replaced by Hugo’s Windows and Doors.
